The role of Customer Support Agent - Fintech

You’ll get involved with many individual and team projects. Who you are as a Customer Support Agent - Fintech

Minimum of 2 years experience working for an online member support team (Fintech and/or start-up preferable)

Experience working with Helpscout or Zendesk, live-chat is a must

Quick learner and eager to make a difference.
