We are on the look out for Financial Headhunters to join our successful, energetic and passionate team and are currently recruiting Consultants and Senior Consultants.

So what do the roles entail?
As a consultant, you’ll be vital in assisting CRS in achieving its business plan targets, be confident in building new relationships with major players in banking / financial services, possess the ability to take a brief from a client and run with it – searching out the best fit for their requirements.
We need you to be able to deal with people in a confident and professional manner on a daily basis to deliver the best results for CRS, our clients, and our candidates. For these roles, we need team players that can communicate well and be able to plan while remaining self-motivated.
The position of Senior Consultant will require all of the above while being a mentor and role model to the Consultants and Trainees in the team. You will be a confident networker, influencer, and negotiator who will deliver outstanding results for the business.

Consultants can expect to earn between £18,000-£30,000 depending upon experience and Senior Consultants £30,000-£40,000. Both positions will be rewarded with Private Healthcare Insurance, 25 days holiday (rising in line with service), a Contributory Pension Scheme as well as a lucrative bonus scheme. CRS will also support your personal and progressional development whilst you may also enjoy added value extras such as spa days, golf days and possibly a trip to the races!
