The role of the Partner BDM

You will be instrumental in shaping and driving our partnership strategy. You will focus on identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key partners, helping to expand reach and grow the business. You will acquire new partnerships with ISOs, ISVs and other referral partnerships across key vertical segments

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with potential partners across key markets.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage partner relationships to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for partnership-driven growth.
  • Establish and track partnership performance metrics, reporting regularly on key results and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and services in collaboration with partner organizations.
  • Represent the client at industry events and networking opportunities to build and strengthen relationships.

 Requirements for the Partner BDM

  • Proven experience in partnership business development with ISOs, Referral or ISV partnerships within Payments/ Fintech
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to analyse and prioritize partnership opportunities based on business impact.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Additional language skills would be an advantage.
