Our History

CRS was established in 2001 to provide tailored recruitment solutions with a consultative based search capability to the financial services sector.

At the core of the CRS specialist financial and banking recruitment consultancy, managing partners Phil Tomlinson and Richard Jackson have spent over 20 years within the banking industry. Each is also a full time consultant and provides CRS with the insider knowledge required to deliver the best results every time. Our chairman is also the former CEO of GE Commercial Finance providing us with additional edge and experience of the markets we deal within.
